Introducing the Hatboro, PA office!

To further enhance the service we provide for our customers, effective June 15, 2009, Aon Affinity Insurance Services began transitioning select customer service duties from Chicago, IL to Hatboro, PA.

By September 1, 2009, all customer service duties will be fully housed in our Hatboro office. In the interim, your insurance will continue to be serviced out of Chicago.

Why the change in location and staff?

Quite simply, to continually improve your service and satisfaction.

Hatboro is the hub location for all of our accounting, finance and information technology functional business units. By moving the underwriting and service team from Chicago to Hatboro, we will be able to speed up certain services requests such as certificates of insurance or premium refunds.

Another reason for moving the servicing of the O & P program to our main office is our commitment to offer you the full range of product expertise, efficiency and flexible resources that already exist in Hatboro and are available to the vast majority of our clients. We're confident that you will quickly find that this is one example where bigger does equate to better.

Meet the team

With our larger staff in Hatboro, comes years of specialized experience in: underwriting, operations, marketing, finance, accounting and sales.

Here are a few of the staff that will soon be assisting you in Hatboro:

Patricia Schaeffer, Assistant Vice President of Operations. Patty has 23 years insurance experience at Aon. Her responsibilities include Underwriting, Systems Infrastructure, Compliance, Brokerage Best Practices and Operations.

Michael S. Mooney, Assistant Vice President, National Sales Manager. Mike is a licensed insurance broker, has seven years of experience in the industry, and specializes in insurance products designed for healthcare professionals and firms.

Deborah Kessler, Senior Account Specialist. Debbie has been with Aon for 11 years, eight of them in our underwriting department. She is part of the client service team that will be servicing your renewals.

Jason Totis, New Business Development. Jason works with our professional liability clients, Jason can also help you secure your DMEPOS surety bond.
